Chime control units are available for ice cream vans, jiffy trucks, snack vans, and any other type of mobile hot or cold food vendor, throughout the UK and beyond.
Chime control units are available with one, four or eight tunes of your choice from a massive selection of tunes in various styles. Our most popular models combine your choice of tunes with a built-in amplifier, with just four wires to connect to power and loudspeaker/horn fitted to your van. These units can be operated using the controls on the unit, or may be turned on/off via an existing switch installed in your van.
We also manufacture a version without amplifier that plugs directly into a ‘Harvin Pied Piper’ model A1-N/A2-N amplifier (this amplifier has two small post connectors with red push buttons on the left for the loudspeaker wires and a socket on the right to plug the chime control unit into) and also a modern replacement for the original Harvin C1 wind-up chime box, and can also supply loudspeaker drive units and a range of spare parts and accessories, all available from our ebay store.
Chimax.uk chime units are built to last. Manufactured from high-grade die-cast aluminium, in ‘raw’ silver/grey aluminium or powder coated black finish and use only the highest quality electronic components available.
